We will be introducing new menu items one by one, so please check out our posts! Starting today, we are introducing our hot dish series! That dish that everyone loves, from children to adults 🐓❤️ "Juicy Chicken Frites: ¥780" They are freshly fried, so they are hot and crispy! There are four on each plate. This is our most popular item! It's a hot item that's sure to look great on Instagram! "A4 Wagyu beef sushi (4 pieces): ¥1,080" To allow you to enjoy the aroma even more, our staff will roast it over a burner in front of you, as shown in the photo ❤️‍🔥 The sushi rice is made with red vinegar, which goes perfectly with the A4 Wagyu beef! *We recommend cooking it rare, but we will cook it to your liking, so even if you don't like it, you can order with peace of mind 🍣❕If you come to BISON... please give it a try.
